Admissions at Montessori Moments

Our Admissions Philosophy

At Montessori Moments, we believe enrollment is about finding the right fit—for the child, the family, and our learning community. Our admissions process is designed to be thoughtful, supportive, and relationship-based, allowing families the time and space to explore whether our programs align with their values and goals.

We welcome conversations and questions and view admissions as a collaborative process rather than a one-size-fits-all decision.

WHAT TO EXPECT:

Our admissions process is similar for all programs and typically includes the following steps:

1. Explore Our Programs with a Tour

Families begin by scheduling a tour or informational conversation to visit our space, learn more about our programs & philosophy, and ask questions.

2. Application & Enrollment Packet

Following your tour or conversation, families will receive an email from our Brightwheel portal with a link to the application and enrollment packet for the program of interest.

3. Application Review

Once the application is submitted, our team will review the information provided. If we determine that the program is a good fit for your child, families will receive an enrollment and tuition agreement.

4. Securing Your Child’s Space & Next Steps

To officially secure your child’s spot, families must:

  • Sign the enrollment agreement

  • Submit the $200 annual registration fee

Once both are received, your child’s space is considered secured.

After enrollment is complete, families will receive additional details including:

  • Orientation information

  • School calendar

  • Classroom and program expectations

  • Everything needed to prepare for the upcoming school year
