Our Art Class for Upper Elementary students meets every Thursday afternoon at Montessori Moments — a focused, creative environment where older students develop their artistic voice, build real technical skills, and take on more complex projects as the year progresses, guided by a specialist instructor.
Students explore a broad range of media and techniques throughout the year — from drawing and painting to mixed media and design — with an emphasis on developing personal style and creative problem solving alongside the fundamentals. Work builds intentionally from month to month so students finish the year with a genuine body of work they can be proud of.
Weekly on Thursdays at 2:00 PM
Grades 5th–8th
Maximum 10 students
$50/month — billed monthly August through May
$30 one-time supply fee due at enrollment (covers all materials for the year)
$25 registration fee due at enrollment
5% sibling discount applied to each additional child enrolled
Open to enrolled Montessori Moments families, homeschool families, and all families in the community
